Get ready for one of the most special days of the year at BiniVista – our annual Harvest Party.
What started a few years ago as a small celebration has now become a true tradition. After unforgettable harvest parties in 2023, 2024 and 2025 – with young wine tastings, cellar experiences, live music, dancing and long nights under the Mallorcan sky – we are excited to invite you once again to celebrate the harvest with us in 2026.

INVITATION TO HARVEST PARTY ON SATURDAY, 12/9 2026
We are well underway with the harvest, which this year started already on July 22 with the first of our Chardonnay.
Before we look around, it's bubbling merrily in all the tanks in the cellar, where the 2026 vintage will take the magical step from grape to wine. On this occasion, we would like to invite you all to come and celebrate that another hopefully amazing harvest is coming soon with us.
So here's an invitation to a wonderful day at the farm with lots of good wine and food and, as always, with music and dancing in the late evening hours!
Our harvest party will take place at the farm Saturday, September 12, where you and your family (and good friends) are welcome to drop by between 5pm and 11pm (+)
This year we start with a tour 17. 30-18:15 where we give a status on the harvest.
At 18.45 we will do a tasting of our “new” divorce wines from 2025, where our traditional 15 Tomir turned into 2 wines “To” and “Mir”. We will explain why this year the wine was divided, about the history behind the name as well as, of course, taste the 2wines.

Practical information
By September, the harvest will once again be safely in the cellar, tanks will be bubbling, and the new vintage will be taking its very first steps from grape to wine. There is no better moment to pause, celebrate and share this magic with friends, family and fellow wine lovers.
As always, the day will combinewine, food, learning and celebration, offering a relaxed and joyful insight into life at the winery.
