Søren, who started the project in 2017, tells the whole story behind the winery, and takes you around the vineyard and tells everything about wine production, from grape to finished wine, and how to make “the best wine in the world”.

Usually we do a tour with tasting of 8 wines and serve lovely homemade lunch/tapas.

By 2025, we have harvested 150,000 kg of grapes and produced many different delicious wines.

The quality is already really high, and especially our Chardonnay based white wine and our pure Pinot Noir and Syrah/Cabernet reds have brought great joy - our very unique rose and our “luxury terrace wine” based on Sauvignon Blanc have also been well received.
