## How the winery came to be

Good ideas often arise on the basis of interest and passion, and Bodega BiniVista is no exception. In 2017, Søren Svenningsen had the idea to create a unique wine universe in Mallorca, and in the same year Bodega BiniVista was founded. Since then, we have worked hard to make the dream a reality, acquiring around 30 hectares of good agricultural land — part of the famous Vi de la Terra Mallorca, located in the heart of Mallorca's largest wine region. This gives us a great opportunity to produce some really good wines.

**30 hectares of vineyards**

We planted the first 21 hectares of vines in March 2018, and in 2020 we added another 5 hectares and 4 hectares in 2023, bringing the total planted area of the vineyard to 30 hectares.

**The Wine Family**

Our vision is to become the most innovative and recognized wine universe in the world. Based on our unique winery, we want to create a wine universe that is based around our family concept — the BiniVista Family. Our goal is to offer special experiences and allow family members to join us on our journey while establishing the winery, located in one of the most beautiful areas in the world. At the same time, members gain insight into the entire winemaking process and access to some exceptional wines.

Søren, who started the project in 2017, tells the whole story behind the winery, and takes you around the winery and tells everything about wine production, from grape to finished wine, and how to make “the best wine in the world.”

Usually we do a tour with tasting of 8 wines and serve lovely homemade lunch/tapas.

In 2025 we havested 150.000 kg grapes and produced many different delicious wines.

The quality is already really high, and especially our Chardonnay based white wine and our pure Pinot Noir and Syrah/Cabernet reds have brought great joy - also our truly unique rose and our “luxury-terrace wine" based on Sauvignon Blanc have been well received.
